This month British Food Fortnight celebrates classic
British dishes, which interestingly enough is one of 2011's
greatest food trends*. As the autumn evenings draw in, the demand
for hearty and filling dishes is greater than ever, so if you're
not offering a choice of classic 'British Fayre' you may be
missing-out!
