Ingredients
1.5 kg Steam & Fresh medium
30/40
Butter
Parsley, chopped
2 kg Roast beef
1.5 kg Frozen mixed vegetables
1 l Roast beef gravy
Preparation
- Prepare the Steam & Fresh medium 30/40 according to the
instructions, toss in butter and sprinkle with a little chopped
parsley
- Roast the beef until just pink in the middle
- Sauté the vegetables in butter
- Heat the gravy through and slice the beef
- Arrange on plates and serve the gravy separately
Tip
Leave the meat to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
