Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh 20/30
potatoes
10 Fillets of lamb
1.5 kg White asparagus, peeled and cut into diagonal pieces
500 g Samphire
Butter
Preparation
- Prepare the potatoes following the cooking instruction on the
pack
- Season the fillets of lamb with salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets of
lamb
- Blanch the asparagus add the samphire and briefly blanch
altogether, then drain and season to taste
Tip
Use green asparagus instead of whites ones and garnish the dish
with a rocket salad
