Fish stew with steamed potatoes
A great dish for banquets

Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh halved
potatoes
1.5 kg Fish fillets, in cubes
500 g Chopped tomatoes (tinned)
500 g Green beans
500 g Whole mushrooms
1 l Fish stock
10 g Garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
- Place the cubed fish fillets in a shallow baking tray, add the
potatoes and vegetables. Season to taste
- Combine the fish stock with the garlic and pour over the fish,
vegetables and potatoes. Leave the stew to simmer in the oven for
40 minutes at 160°C
Tip
This is an ideal tasty dish for banqueting or a great summer
'special'.
