Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh halved
potatoes
1.5 kg Stewing beef in cubes
1.5 kg Onions
1 kg Red bell pepper, sliced or diced
1 kg Chopped tomatoes
100 g Tomato puree
1 l Beef stock
Sugar
Clarified butter
Butter for frying
Preparation
- Melt the butter and brown the stewing steak on high heat in a
heavy-base pan
- Add the onion, bell pepper and tomato in small batches
- Then add the tomato puree and meat fond and bring to the
boil
- Let the goulash simmer about 1 hour, then season to taste
- Fry the potatoes in clarified butter and season
