Green asparagus with potatoes and goats cheese
A flavoursome, summery salad

Ingredients
650 g Aviko Steam and Fresh 20/30
potatoes
30 Green asparagus
Olive oil
2 tbs Sesame seeds
Rocket salad
100 ml Vinaigrette
10 slices Goats cheese
Preparation
- Briefly blanch the asparagus
- Slice the asparagus in halves, lengthwise, and then cut each
half in thirds
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the potatoes and sesame
seeds until golden brown
- On a baking tray, heat the goats cheese at 150°C until the
cheese begins to melt
- Wash the rocket salad and drizzle with vinaigrette
- Divide the potatoes, asparagus and salad over the plates and top
with a slice of warm goats cheese
