30 Hash Rounds
10 Sausages
10 Tomatoes, sliced
Fried onions
300 g Ketchup
Preparation
- Prepare the Hash Rounds according to the instructions
- Cook the sausages and arrange them on plates with the
rosti
- Arrange tomato slices on the plate, sprinkle fried onions over
the sausages and serve with ketchup
Tip
Instead of tomatoes serve a portion of herb salad.
