Mediterranean style fish with steamed potatoes

Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh 20/30
potatoes
1.5 kg Fish fillet (seasonal varieties), diced
1 kg Courgette, diced
1 kg Tomatoes (tinned)
500 g Sieved tomatoes / Passata
200 g Grated cheese
1 tbs Paprika Powder
Lemon juice
2 tbs Mixed Italian Herbs
10 g Finely chopped garlic
Preparation
- Season the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice and place in an
oven dish together with the vegetables
- Add the paprika powder and Italian herbs
- Mix the garlic with the tomatoes and pour over the fish and
vegetables, sprinkle the grated cheese on top
- Cook in combi-steamer for 20 minutes at 160°C
- Place the potatoes in a shallow oven dish, season with Italian
herbs
- Cook in combi-steamer for 8-10 minutes at 160°
