Ingredients
1.5 kg Mega Wedges
10 Spicy marinated pork steaks
1 kg Mixed pepper strips
600 ml Thousand Island dressing
300 ml Ketchup
Preparation
- Prepare the Mega Wedges according to the instructions
- Pan fry or barbecue the steaks and arrange these and the Mega
Wedges on a plate
- Toss the mixed pepper strips in the dressing and serve as a side
salad. Serve with ketchup

You could serve salsa or sour cream as an alternative.
