Ingredients
1.5 kg Pom' Noisettes
1.5 kg Fish fillet
400 g Lamb's lettuce
300 ml Herb vinaigrette
Preparation
- Prepare the Pom' Noisettes according to the instructions
- Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt, then pan
fry or poach it
- Dress the lamb's lettuce with the vinaigrette. Arrange
everything on a plate and serve
Tip
Serve slices of fresh lemon with the fish.
