Ingredients
1.5 kg Pom a Part (skin off
wedges)
10 Lamb chops
1.5-2 kg Tomatoes
700 ml Italian dressing
Basil leaves
Preparation
- Prepare Pom a Part according to the instructions
- Brown the lamb all over, season, and grill until well done
- Divide the tomatoes into eight and marinate in the
dressing
- Arrange everything on a plate and serve garnished with the fresh
basil leaves
Tip
Serve with rosemary butter.
