1.5-2 kg Chilled Gratin Dauphinois
10 Beef tournedos
1.5 kg Fine beans
Butter

Preparation

- Prepare the gratin according to the instructions
- Pan-fry the tournedos until medium-rare, blanch the beans and toss them in the butter
- Arrange on plates and serve

Tip

Serve a Mexican-style medley of vegetables as a topping for the tournedos
