Savoury dish with Super Mash Butter and Milk

Ingredients
1,5 kg Super Mash Butter &
Milk
1 kg Green peas
850 g Fine beef
1 Red onion
2 Peeled and crushed garlic cloves
5 tbs Red wine
1 Beef cube
4 tbs Soy sauce
4 tbs Sugar
4 tbs Balsamic vinegar
4 tbs Hot water
2 tbs Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Prepare the mash according to instructions.
- Soften the onion and garlic by frying it for 3 minutes
- Add the chopped meat and roast it to a brown coat.
- Add the wine, soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, hot water and
the crumbled beef cube and stir well.
- Heat it up slowly 10 - 12 minutes until boiling.
- Drain the surplus oil and slide it in a baking dish.
- Place the mash on top of the dish.
- Garnish with a fork to create ripples into the mash.
- Brown the dish under a grill until the ripples become
crispy.
- Serve with freshly steamed peas.
Tip
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on top of the mash before
grilling.
