Ingredients
1.5 kg Spicy Jacket Wedges
3 kg Spare ribs
400 g Mixed salad
300 ml Herb vinaigrette
300 g Salsa sauce
Preparation
- Bake the jacket potatoes according to the instructions on the
packet
- Arrange on a plate, split in half and fill with sour cream
- Coat the salad in the dressing and serve with the baked
potato. Garnish with fresh herbs
Tip
A sour cream dip also goes well with the Spicy Jacket
Wedges.
