Spicy potato wedges tart
A quick and new way of serving potatoes

Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam and Fresh
Wedges
30 ml Olive oil
600 g Egg
100 g Sour cream
20 g Fresh chilli peppers, finely chopped
50 g Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
- Combine the wedges with olive oil, season with salt and
precook in the oven at 200°C for 6 minutes
- Then, place the potatoes in greased cake-tin
- Combine the sour cream, eggs, and chilli pepper. Season to taste
and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top and cook in the over for
15minutes at 180°C
- Serve with a green salad, garnished with radishes
Tip
Serve a light dressing on the side. Think about a yoghurt
dressing or a mixed herbs vinaigrette.
