Ingredients
1.5 kg Aviko Steam & Fresh small

10 salmon steaks
Cucumber, sliced
Hollandaise sauce
Butter
Parsley, fresh chopped
Fresh lemon juice
Preparation
- Prepare the potatoes according to the instructions
- Steam the salmon steak for 8-10 minutes until tender, yet
moist
- Toss the potatoes in the butter and parsley and arrange on the
plate with the salmon steak
- Warm through the Hollandaise sauce and spoon over the
salmon
- Garnish with thin slices of cucumber and a squeeze of fresh
lemon juice
