Tzatziki Wraps with Garlic & Herb Wedges

Ingredients
1 kg Aviko Garlic & Herb potato
wedges
10 Wraps (large)
2 Cucumbers, first cut lengthwise then into 5mm thick slices
2 Red onion, peeled and sliced into thin halved rings
400 ml Crème fraîche or sour cream
4 tbs Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Combine the crème fraîche with olive oil and season with
pepper and salt.
- Spread the mixture onto the wraps
- Prepare the Aviko Garlic & Herb wedges following the
instructions on the packaging
- Divide the wedges, cucumber and onion over the wraps
- Roll up the wraps, folding in one side to ensure the filling
cannot fall out
For a great 'on-the-go' snack, wrap in baking paper or
foil.
Tip
Add extra sweetness with roasted bell peppers
