Our mashed potatoes are prepared in the traditional way with
fresh butter and milk and then quick-frozen. This ensures that all
the flavour and vitamins are fully retained. One 2.5 kg pack is
sufficient for a half size gastronorm container and since the mash
is frozen in handy, easy-to-use individual pellets, you can make
any quantity you like, helping with portion control and waste.
