Fireaway
Launched in South London by Mario Aleppo the pizza brand takes it cues from Subway giving customers the choice of personalising their pizza. Not only that but fresh toppings combined with hand made dough and a wood fired oven with pizzas (ready in a speedy 180 seconds) makes this a strong concept that ticks all the boxes for consumers.
