Open to chefs across the casual dining sector, the awards will showcase the best burgers in the industry. To enter, chefs must submit their signature burger recipe and method through the National Burger Awards website. Finalists will be required to cook their signature burger in front of the judges on Wednesday 25th February 2015 before creating a second burger made from a selection of ingredients supplied on the day and as if the title isn't enough, the winning chef will receive £1,000!
The closing date for entry is Friday 9th January 2015.
