Bake 'N' Shake Chips
Remember 'Salt & Shake' crisps? Well, we just kicked it up a notch! Try Aviko’s new SuperCrunch Skin-On Chips with all the wacky seasoning options imaginable… Fry until golden, pop in a bag, add one of the below seasoning combinations and get shaking! What's your favourite bake ‘n’ shake flavour?
Ingredients:
Cumin, Turmeric & Salt
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
Crushed Oreo, Cocoa, Chilli & Salt
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 2 Oreos, finely crushed with centres removed
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
Crushed Biscoff, Sugar & Cinnamon
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 2 Biscoff biscuits, finely crushed
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Chai Tea, Sugar & Orange Zest
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 2-3 litres sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Chai tea
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
Sumac, Lemon Zest & Parmesan
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
Cumin, Turmeric & Salt
Ingredients:
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Heat sunflower oil in a deep fat fryer until the temperature
reaches 175°C.
- Submerge the SuperCrunch Chips in the oil for 2-4 minutes until
crisp, golden and delicious.
- Pop your chips in a paper bag and add the cumin, turmeric and
salt.
- Get your shake on until all your chips are evenly coated - then
dig in!

- 1 tsp salt

reaches 175°C.

- Pop your chips in a paper bag and add the crushed Oreos, cocoa
powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Shake it off until all your chips are evenly coated.

Crushed Biscoff, Sugar & Cinnamon
Ingredients:
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 2 Biscoff biscuits, finely crushed
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method:
- Heat sunflower oil in a deep fat fryer until the temperature
reaches 175°C.
- Submerge the SuperCrunch Chips in the oil for 2-4 minutes until
crisp, golden and delicious.
- Transfer the golden chips into a paper bag and add the Biscoff
biscuits, light brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Shake away until the chips are evenly coated. Tuck in!
Chai Tea, Sugar & Orange Zest
Ingredients:
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 1 tsp Chai tea
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
Method:
- Heat sunflower oil in a deep fat fryer until the temperature
reaches 175°C.
- Submerge the SuperCrunch Chips in the oil for 2-4 minutes until
crisp, golden and delicious.
- Pop your chips into a paper bag along with the Chai tea, light
brown sugar and orange zest.
- Shake the bag until the chips are evenly coated for a delicious
sweet treat.
Sumac, Lemon Zest & Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 170g 6mm SuperCrunch Chips
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
Method:
- Heat sunflower oil in a deep fat fryer until the temperature
reaches 175°C.
- Submerge the SuperCrunch Chips in the oil for 2-4 minutes until
crisp, golden and delicious.
- Combine the golden chips in a paper bag with the Sumac, lemon
zest and parmesan.
- Get your shake on until the chips are evenly coated.
