We all like a little surprise hidden at the bottom of our Knickerbocker Glory, but is chocolate sauce really that surprising? Why not swap it out for some thick cut chips for a real surprise? The ultimate Chipperbocker Glory has layers of SuperCrunch Thick Cut Chips topped with ice cream, brownie chunks, fresh fruit, strawberry sauce and whipped cream. One for the milkshake dippers - you know who you are!
- Heat the sunflower oil in a deep fat fryer until the
temperature reaches 175°C.
- Submerge your SuperCrunch Chips and fry for 3-3.5 minutes until
crunchy and golden.
- Assemble your Chipperbocker Glory. Add a quarter of the fruit
into the bottom of each sundae glass and top with a quarter of the
brownie, a quarter of the chips and a drizzle of strawberry
- Repeat the layering until the glass is almost full and top with
2 scoops of ice cream, squirty cream, even more strawberry sauce,
pistachios and sprinkles.
