Fillet of lamb with asparagus, samphire and pesto

Preparation

  1. Prepare the potatoes following the instructions on-pack.
  2. Season the lamb fillets to taste.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets of lamb.
  4. Blanch the asparagus, add the samphire and briefly blanch altogether, then drain and season to taste.

Tip

Garnish the dish with rocket salad and some roasted garlic.
