Preparation
Hummus
- Blend the chickpeas, garlic paste, olive oil, lemon juice and sesame paste in a food processor to a smooth puree - adding some of the liquid from the chickpeas when required.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Lemon mayonnaise
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature, then blend the mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice and egg yolk to a smooth paste, gently adding the olive oil whilst blending.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Aviko Garlic and Herb wedges following the instruction on-pack.
Garnish the dips with lemon zest or fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
Tip
Combine with Aviko Appetizers for a great platter to share, think about onion rings, Mozzarella sticks or spicy chicken strips.
