Preparation
- Combine the minced beef with the couscous and groun coriander, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 20 portions and shape lengthways onto the skewers.
- Pan-fry the skewers for about 7 minutes until brown and cooked through.
- Combine the yoghurt, red onion and parsley into a dip.
- Serve with Aviko Steakhouse Chips and a green salad.
Tip
Prepare the kebabs with minced lamb and serve with Aviko Sweet Potato Fries.
