Kebabs with Steakhouse chips

Preparation

  1. Combine the minced beef with the couscous and groun coriander, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 20 portions and shape lengthways onto the skewers.
  3. Pan-fry the skewers for about 7 minutes until brown and cooked through.
  4. Combine the yoghurt, red onion and parsley into a dip.
  5. Serve with Aviko Steakhouse Chips and a green salad.


Tip

Prepare the kebabs with minced lamb and serve with Aviko Sweet Potato Fries.
