Potato & Cauliflower gratin with ham

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into chunks and prepare in the combi-steamer for 3 minutes at 100°C.
  2. Combine the cauliflower with the gratin and cooked ham.
  3. Add parsley and season with nutmeg and cayenne pepper, bake in a shallow oven dish for 15 minutes at 210°C.

Tip

Top with grated cheese for an extra cheesy topping, brown the dish under the grill once cooked.
