Potato gratin with spinach and prawns Ingredients (10 persons) • 1.5 kg Aviko Cream & Cheese Gratin • 400 g king prawns (raw) • 200 g frozen spinach (thawed & drained) • lime zest • ground coriander Preparation Combine the gratin with the prawns and spinach. Season with lime zest and ground coriander. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C in a shalllow baking tray. Tip Serves 10 as a main course or 20 as a starter or side dish. Share this
