Pulled Pork Breakfast

Preparation:

  1. Fry the Aviko Round Hash Browns and drain of excess fat.
  2. Fry the egg, making sure whites are cooked through but yolk is still runny.
  3. Slice the brioche bap, and toast it.
  4. Heat the pulled pork, mixing in the BBQ sauce.
  5. Place half the pulled pork mix at the bottom half of the bap.
  6. Top it with Aviko Round Hash Browns and the rest of the pulled pork
  7. Place the fried egg on top of the pulled pork and top it with the other side of the bap.
  8. Wrap in foil or parchment paper and serve.

TIP: Keeping yolk facing down when you put into your bap will keep the top bun from sliding off
