Preparation

  1. Prepare the diced potatoes following the instructions on-pack.
  2. In the meantime, sauté the onions, then add the ham cubes.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and leave to simmer.
  4. Pour in the cream and add the cheese.
  5. Leave on a low heat to thicken, season to taste.
