Preparation
- Fry all the vegetables in olive oil, then add tomatoes.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the cream and season to taste.
- Prepare the potatoes in the combi-steam for 10 minutes at 160°C.
- Add the herbs when the potatoes have cooked for 8 minutes.
Tip
Ratatouille makes a great topping for Aviko Jacket Potatoes or Aviko Wedges.
