Bacon Cheese Smash Burger with Premium Crunch Skin On Fries

Smash burgers have taken the UK by storm, they're quick and easy to prepare and belong on every restaurant and takeaway menu.

Ingredients 

100g Premium Crunch 9.5mm Skin On Fries

200g Beef Steak Mince

2 Rashers streaky bacon

Sesame Seed Brioche Bun

Red Onion 

Gherkin 

Tomato 

Lettuce

2 Cheddar Cheese Slices

 

Burger Sauce

15g Mayonnaise

10g American mustard

10g Ketchup

 

Method

Cook Premium Crunch 9.5mm Skin On Fries as per pack

Divide mince in two then form into balls

Place meat balls in a hot frying pan or on a griddle and press flat with a burger press

Once browned flip and place cheese on top

Fry bacon on griddle until crispy

Thinly slice 2 or 3 slices of tomato, red onion and gherkin then chop lettuce  

Toast bun  and mix together ingredients for burger sauce

To serve put burger sauce on top and bottom half and bun then layer burger patties and salad then arrange alongside fries
