Ingredients
Makes 3 buns
6 Aviko Hash Brown Bites
3 Bao buns
2 Eggs
2-3 Rashers streaky bacon
Optional additions
Sriracha sauce or tomato ketchup
Method
- Cook Aviko Hash Brown Bites as per packet
- Grill or fry bacon rashers
- Beat eggs and scramble with butter and a pinch of salt
- Heat up bao buns
- Serve buns stuffed with bacon, scrambled egg, hash brown bites and optional drizzle of sauce
