Churro Stuffed Hong Kong French Toast
The dish that seems to be everywhere at the moment, HK French Toast, is even better skewered with one of our XXL Churros and drizzled with condensed milk.
Churro Stuffed Hong Kong French Toast
Ingredients
1 Aviko XXL Churro
3 Slices Brioche bread
1 Egg
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp Peanut butter or Nutella
10g Condensed milk
Method
- Cook Aviko XXL Churro as per packet
- Whisk egg and mix with milk
- Cut slices of bread into squares
- Spread peanut butter on one side of two slices of bread
- Cut the other slice into thirds discarding middle third
- Make three tier cube with bread and coat in egg mixture
- Shallow fry cube until golden on all sides
- Insert churro into french toast cube
- Serve topped with a drizzle of condensed milk
