
Irish Spice Bag
If you've never tried the Irish Chinese takeaway fusion sensation then now's your chance!
Ingredients
150g Aviko Premium Crunch Fries
100g Chicken
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 White Onion
1 Red Chilli
1 Green Chilli
4 Cloves garlic
15g Salt and Pepper seasoning mix
Chinese Style Curry Sauce Mix
Method
- Cook Aviko Premium Crunch Fries as per packet
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces then coat in half of the seasoning and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Slice up peppers, onion and chillis and add to pan and continue cooking
- Thinly slice garlic and add to the pan with cooked fries and remaining seasoning
- Mix and stir fry contents of the pan for 1-2 minutes
- Heat curry sauce mix
- Put contents of frying pan in bag and serve with curry sauce
