
Salt and Pepper Fries
The delicious potato flavour of our Skin On Premium Crunch Fries pairs perfectly with the sweet and spicy flavours of salt and pepper seasoning.
Ingredients
150g Premium Crunch Skin On 9mm Fries
1 Tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Green Chilli
1 Red Chilli
2 Garlic cloves
2 Spring onions
1/2 White Onion
Handful Coriander leaf
15ml oil for frying (eg rapeseed or sunflower)
Method
Cook Premium Crunch Fries as per packet
Thinly slice onion, garlic, chilli and lightly fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes
Add salt, sugar and spices then once combined add chips
Stir fry chips in mixture for 2-3 minutes until fully coated
Serve topped with sliced spring onions and fresh coriander
