
Salt and Pepper Pom Noisettes
For something a touch different try topping our Pom Noisettes, creamy balls of mash with a deliciously crispy coating perfect for loading.
Ingredients
100g Aviko Pom Noisettes
1 Tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Green Chilli
1 Red Chilli
2 Spring onions
1/2 White Onion
15ml oil for frying (eg rapeseed or sunflower)
To serve
Sriracha mayo
Method
Cook Aviko Pom Noisettes as per packet
Thinly slice onion, garlic, chilli and lightly fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes
Add salt, sugar and spices then once combined add Pom Noisettes
Stir fry everything in mixture for 1-2 minutes until fully coated
Serve topped with sliced spring onions and Sriracha mayo
