1. Prepare the jacket potatoes following the on pack instructions.
2. Mix together the prawns, mayonnaise and Sriracha seasoning.
3. Split the cooked jacket potatoes, top with the prawns and garnish with sliced avocado, tomatoes and mixed leaves.
- To make a Sriracha prawn cocktail sauce, add a dash of brandy and Worcester sauce to 100g tomato ketchup.
- Swap the prawns for cooked chicken for an equally tasty Sriracha topping.
