Katsu Vegan Chilli Cheezz

Chilli Cheezz Katsu Curry

Our Vegan Chilli Cheezz Nuggets make a great meat substitute, so why not get creative? Swap them for crispy chicken in a delicious Katsu Curry for an exciting plant based snack.


4 Aviko Chilli Cheezz Nuggets

1 Onion 

2 Cloves garlic

1 inch piece of ginger

Mild curry powder

1 tsp Flour

250ml Veg stock

100ml coconut milk


To Serve

Nori Sheet cut in the small matchsticks

1 Tsp Black sesame seeds 



  • To make curry sauce dice onion and saute until translucent
  • Finely chop garlic and ginger and add to onions frying for 1 minute
  • Add curry powder and flour then stir to combine
  • Slowly add stock and coconut milk and stir until combined
  • Blend until smooth
  • Cook Aviko Chilli Cheezz Nuggets as per packet
  • Serve curry sauce with Chilli Cheezz Nuggets topped with nori sheets and sesame seeds
