French Toast with Churros, fruit and nuts

Churros Loaded French Toast

Sweet, hot and crunchy churro pieces with fruit and nuts make the perfect topping for deliciously pillow soft French toast.


5-6 Aviko Straight Churros per portion

1 Egg

25ml Milk

1 Tsp Cinnamon

2 Slices Brioche bread

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

1 Handful Raspberries

30g Mixed Nuts

10g Icing sugar 

10ml Maple Syrup



Scramble egg and mix with milk then soak bread in mixture for 3-4 minutes, turning once.

Cook Aviko Straight Churros as per packet instruction then cut into roughly 3cm pieces.

Fry bread in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Top toast with churro pieces, fruit, nuts, syrup and icing sugar.
