This dish is super simple to prepare and packs loads of flavour, it's also a great way to use up any leftover crumbs of feta so is sustainable and cheap too. Add a little optional spice by serving with hot honey, or premiumise further with smashed avocado.
2 Aviko Hash Browns
1 tsp Parsley
Chilli oil, hot honey or smashed avocado
- Cook Aviko Hash Browns as per packet
- Crumble feta and fry in a pan until beginning to soften
- Add egg to frying pan then cover until just cooked
- Season egg with parsley and chilli flakes then serve alongside Hash Browns
