Feta Eggs with Hash Browns
Serve up the latest trending dish with these tasty Feta Eggs, perfect alongside our delicious golden hash browns.
This dish is super simple to prepare and packs loads of flavour, it's also a great way to use up any leftover crumbs of feta so is sustainable and cheap too. Add a little optional spice by serving with hot honey, or premiumise further with smashed avocado.
Ingredients
2 Aviko Hash Browns
1 Egg
50g Feta
Chilli flakes
1 tsp Parsley
Optional additions
Chilli oil, hot honey or smashed avocado
Method
- Cook Aviko Hash Browns as per packet
- Crumble feta and fry in a pan until beginning to soften
- Add egg to frying pan then cover until just cooked
- Season egg with parsley and chilli flakes then serve alongside Hash Browns
