
Grilled Cheese Club Sandwich
The Club Sandwich goes perfectly with crisp skinny fries, give this classic recipe a twist by grilling in a cast iron pan
Ingredients
3 Slices White bread
2 Slices mild cheese (eg Emmental or edam)
50g Sliced ham
50g Streaky bacon
80g Chicken breast slices
1 Tomato sliced thinly
2 Lettuce leaves
75g Mayonaisse
To Serve
100g SuperCrunch Fries
Method
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of each slice of bread
Build sandwich in the order bread, cheese, ham, tomato, lettuce, bread, lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon, cheese then bread (so that cheese is on the outer edge and salad in the interior)
Fry sandwich in a cast iron pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
Cook SuperCrunch Fries as per packet
Slice sandwich and skewer with sticks then serve alongside SuperCrunch fries
