Strawberries and Cream with Churros
Make a treat fit for a King with this British classic dish given a delicious twist with crispy, hot churros.
Ingredients
2 Aviko Churros
50g Strawberries
50ml Double cream
25g Strawberry jam
1 Mint sprig
Method
Whip the double cream until it stiffens
Quarter the strawberries and mix with strawberry jam
Cook Aviko Churros as per packet instructions
Layer strawberries and cream in serving cup then top with Churros and mint sprig
