Welsh Rarebit Hash Browns
Celebrate the Prince of Wales coronation as King with these cheesy, delicious bites - they make perfect party food!
Ingredients
6 Aviko Hash Browns
100g Cheddar cheese
1 Egg
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp Mustard powder
1 Tsp Hot sauce (optional)
50ml Bottled ale
To Serve
1 Tsp Chives
Method
Cook the Hash Browns as per packet instructions
Grate the cheese, whisk the egg and mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Top each Hash Brown with around a tablespoon of the mixture and place under a grill for 5 minutes or until melted
Serve sprinkled with chives
