Chipotle and Cheese Mash with Sirloin Steak

Add smoke and spice to your mash with fragrant Mexican chipotle chilli.


10-15 Pellets Frozen Mashed Potato

2 Dried Chipotle Chilli

20ml Olive Oil

50g Grated Cheddar Cheese

Sirloin Steak


Soak dried chillies in hot water for 30 mins  

Cook mashed potato as per packet instructions 

Discard soaking water and blend chillies with oil until forms a thick sauce 

Mix mash with cheese and half of chilli sauce mixture

Fry steak then drizzle with remaining sauce and serve alongside mash
