Melted Camembert with Sweet Potato Wedges

Pair our rustic, crispy sweet potato wedges with a creamy soft cheese for the perfect sharing snack.


150g Aviko Sweet Potato Wedges

250g Camembert cheese

3-4 Sprigs of thyme

2 Cloves of garlic



Make small incisions in cheese with a sharp knife and thinly slice garlic cloves

Stuff cheese with garlic and thyme  

Cook Camembert cheese in a 180C oven for 15-20 minutes or until melted

Cook Aviko Sweet Potato Wedges as per packet instruction

Serve cheese with wedges alongside to dip
