- Briefly blanch the asparagus.
- Slice the asparagus in halves lengthwise, then cut the halves into thirds.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes and sesame seeds until golden brown.
- On a baking tray, heat the goats cheese at 150°C in the oven until the cheese begins to melt.
- Wash the rocket salad, drizzle with vinaigrette.
- Divide the potatoes asparagus and salad over the plates and top with a slice of warm goats cheese.
Serve the salad with chunks of warm, crusty bread.
