Asparagus and Potato salad with Goats cheese

Preparation

  1. Briefly blanch the asparagus.
  2. Slice the asparagus in halves lengthwise, then cut the halves into thirds.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes and sesame seeds until golden brown.
  4. On a baking tray, heat the goats cheese at 150°C in the oven until the cheese begins to melt.
  5. Wash the rocket salad, drizzle with vinaigrette.
  6. Divide the potatoes asparagus and salad over the plates and top with a slice of warm goats cheese.

Tip

Serve the salad with chunks of warm, crusty bread.
